This page says what our website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers nonstop-media.com.au, run by Nonstop Media Pty Ltd, trading as Nonstop Creative House, a creative studio in Melbourne.
The short version: the site counts visits anonymously, nothing is tied to your name unless you send us the project brief, and we never sell your details.
What you give us
The project brief asks for your name, email, phone, company, city, links to your work, and what you want made. We use those answers to reply, to prepare a proposal, and to keep our client records straight. If you leave the form after the first step, we keep what you entered so we can check in once and help you finish.
Emails you send us stay in our inbox like any correspondence.
What the site collects on its own
Like most business sites, ours uses a few well-known tools. They count visits anonymously; none of them learn your name from us.
Google Analytics counts which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are from, and how people move through the site. The Meta pixel notes visits so our ads on Instagram and Facebook can reach the right people and be measured honestly. The LinkedIn tag gives us visitor statistics in groups, like industries and job titles, and measures our LinkedIn ads; it never shows us individuals.
HubSpot is our client system. It sets a cookie, and if you send the brief, the pages you visited join your record so we can serve you with context. Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used, scrolling and clicks, so we can improve the site; anything you type is masked before it reaches the recording.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, and its quiet check on the brief form keeps bots out. Playing one of our videos uses Vimeo's or YouTube's player, which may set cookies of their own under their own policies. The site's type loads from Google Fonts.
If you arrive from one of our ads, your browser remembers which ad brought you, so a sent brief can tell us what worked.
The site also keeps its own anonymous count of visits, with no cookies: the pages opened, the kind of device, the suburb or city, the state and the country, how far a page is read and which videos play, never a name or anything typed.
Where it goes
We keep no servers of our own. Everything this page describes is stored for us by the tools above, on their systems, mostly in the United States, under their own safeguards. Beyond them, your details are shared with no one: we do not sell data, we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and your brief stays between you and the studio.
How long we keep it
Brief records stay in our client system while there is a chance we will work together, and for our books after a project. Ask us at any time and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Your choices
You can browse with cookies blocked and the site works fine. Ad personalisation can be switched off inside your Meta, Google and LinkedIn account settings. For anything about your data, one email does it: [email protected]. And if you ever feel we have handled your information badly, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
When our tools change, this page changes with them, and the date up top moves.
